How to refer

Your vet will discuss with you if referral is required and will either contact us on your behalf or will provide you with the necessary information for you to arrange an appointment directly with us yourself.

If your pet needs to be seen urgently, your vet will need to telephone us in order to arrange the appointment for you.

Prior to making a decision regarding referral, your vet may wish to discuss your pet's case with us.  In some cases, they may send us X-rays or scan results beforehand – we provide a rapid reporting service for vets who send us radiographs.
